Understanding Unique Minds: As a neurodivergent individual, I get the wonderful quirk of young minds. I specialize in providing multicultural, neurodivergent/sensory, and gender-affirmative care. Tailoring each session to honor your child or teen’s unique neurobiological blueprint. From Autism Spectrum Disorders and ADHD to creative souls, I’m excited to help each young person thrive.
Playful Exploration and Teamwork: Therapy with me is not just about talking; it’s about play, laughter, and exploration. With a neuro-relational and experiential approach, we will not ignore the tough stuff! Together we will navigate challenges in a way that feels creative, engaging and most importantly ensure we move at a pace where you feel safe and ready.
More about your guide on this adventure: I too had to go on the adventure of self-discovery, exploring my non-binary identity, neurodivergence, bi-racial background, and multicultural experiences. It was tough, rocky, and confusing to uncover how these pieces fit together. However, in the end, I decided to view it all as unlocking the secrets of personal growth and figuring out that these are all unique paths to understanding myself. BONUS – as a seasoned navigator of this journey, combined with profound professional training, I can’t wait to help your child, teen or yourself take on the challenges ahead with experienced support!
