Since different challenges need their unique solutions, I adopt an integrative approach including evidence-based, person-centered, narrative, psychodynamic, EFT, CBT, ACT, DBT, existential, and multicultural approaches to counseling.
I utilize the therapeutic frameworks with compassion, care, respect, and being non-judgmental. I provide a collaborative and safe environment in which to discover alternative perspectives and find personal ways to create a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
