Dr. Francine B. Baffa, BCBA-D, LMSW
I love what I do…
My “brand” is creating an engaged therapeutic relationship with my clients. I have over 15 years of experience providing individual therapy, group therapy, parent coaching, and family systems work, including defining and supporting reunification initiatives. Since intimate relationships can be challenging when one or both partners struggle with ADHD or possibly being on the spectrum, I also help partners better understand each other’s communication styles and help couples build more connection.
I work with a broad spectrum of people including those with a diverse neurological makeup including but not limited to those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental disabilities, ADHD, depression, and anxiety. My areas of expertise are Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Social Skills Training.
My passion for the field of social work, specifically behavior and social supports, propels me to continue my own studies while working to advance my knowledge in active learning environments.
Thank you for considering me as you navigate life’s challenges. I can be reached at 203-539-9714 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
