Scheduling Appointments

We have different therapists for different ages and needs.  You can read more information about our team members on their individual pages. Below is a summary along with information about their schedules.  *Once you are ready to schedule an appointment, use the “Request an Appointment” button below to book the day/time that works best for you.

 

A Good Faith Estimate cost of services is provided as part of the new client forms packet.  This will be sent once the therapist accepts the requested appointment.  You are welcome to ask for one at any time.

 

Please note the following changes as of January 1, 2022

 

  • Individual clinician rates have increased.  Please see below or visit the fees & insurance page for details.
  • Chelsea Haining, Joon Lee, and Alina Olaru are no longer in-network with Premera as of February 1, 2022. 

 

Before you schedule, please note:

  1. Be sure and schedule the appointment in the name of the person who will be the client for that session. 
  2. Check below to note who is accepting new clients at this time.

When you use the button to “Request Appointment” the system will block the day/time, however, you will not receive a confirmation email until the therapist accepts the appointment.

If you are a new client, with the confirmation email you will receive a link to your new client portal where you’ll find the new client forms to complete prior to the first session. Email us if you have any difficulty navigating this system.
